Hello from Istanbul! Today I was really surprised to find out that in Istanbul there are no post boxes on the streets to send the letters. So, even if you have stamped the card or whatever you are obliged to go to the post office to send them. Evenmore, there are not so many post offices in this huge city which is very strange to me

Сегодня сопровождала знакомую пока она искала подарок своему парню на Св. Валентина. Подумала: "ведь тоже надо что-то купить?" Хотя учитывая "французское" отношение к празднику..., но тем не менее захотелось что-то подарить.

Придумала - ложку для грейпфрута :)) Так в магазине парень прикольнулся - мол, нет; все что выставлено. Как всегда не повезло, попала на неграмотного ;(  Ведь если есть ложка для дыни, мороженого, значит должна быть для грейпфрута.

Пришла домой, решила посмотреть в нете. Вдруг это такая же, как для дыни;))) Нет, другая! Во всяком случае я теперь точно знаю, что она существует :)))

Когда смотрю насколько люди активно пишут на разные сайты, то первый вопрос, что возникает в моей голове - откуда у них на это время???? И главное зачем??? Я себе тоже часто задаю вопрос, а почему я сюда пишу?

Раньше я тоже тратила уйму времени на общение в интернете и что мне это дало??? Возможно на тот момент это была жажда такого типа общения, но реально я понимаю - это когда тебе делать не фиг :)) Ведь когда ты реально работаешь, а еще если это связано с коммуникацией, то на дополнительное общение нет ни времени, ни желания.

Кстати, мы даже будет фильм делать на тему зависимости от видео игр!

Конец года оказался очень насыщенным на события, точнее событие было одно, а приготовлений много :)
Так вот, никогда не думала, что можно организовать свадьбу за неделю :) Надо сказать, огромное спасибо семье мужа за такую оперативность. Все было как в фильмах ;)

Потом Рождество и Новый год. Больше всего довольна НГ, потому что поехала к сестре в свой любымий Фрайбург. Встречали втроем в типично немецком отеле и ресторане. Все было очень мило, спокойно и красиво. Если весь год будет таким, то я даже очень за :)))

сегодня пошла на танцы после почти 1,5 месячного перерыва. первый час rock-and-roll, а потом salsa. Естественно, что за это время группа продвинулась далеко и я очень многого не знала. сначала думала, как нибудь справлюсь, потом поняла, что без знания шагов не смогу. Решила просто наблюдать, но наш проф довольно настойчиво убалтывал вернуться в "семью", то есть группу. И надо сказать, что группа очень класно меня поддержала. К моему удивлению, я довольно быстро схватила. Вот что значит, хороший проф ;))

Зато с сальсой было похуже, хотя как ни странно там они далеко не ушли. Короче, я под впечатлением ;)) Приятно!

такое ощущение, что все смотрят facebook*и, odnoklasniki, hi5 и т.д. А мне почему-то неинтересно. У меня тоже есть аккаунт на фейсе и однокласниках, но захожу туда довольно редко. Хуже, когда подобные вещи создаются для улучшения общения по работе (международное сотрудничество) и ты даже скорее вынужден этим пользоваться. Не понимаю, зачем по работе все это, если можно просто написать по мейлу???

Например, меня злит когда мне пишут на однокласники вместо того, чтоб спросить по мейле. Есть шанс быстрее получить ответ :) Все таки время это забирает больше, пока пройдешся по всем вот таким новшествам...

Сегодня мне удалось сделать много маленьких дел на работе и это принесло большое удовольствие ;) Вот вчера, как назло, ничего не получалось, то ли потому что понедельник?? Люблю, когда получается то, что хочешь ;) Может скорее то, что вычеркиваешь все из запланированного. Хотя с точки зрения психологии - это неправильно. Ведь всегда напишешь больше заданий, чем это реально сделать за один день, но это абсолютно не значит, что день прошел зря.

Just want to tell one story which happened with me when I was in Germany.

I was participating in one meeting, then we changed the room. I didn't take with me my rucksack and later on I turned out that my small bag with my passport, visa and money, my bank cards that were in the rucksack are missing...

I decided to take some pictures of me in Orleans because actually I almost didn't have anything of me during one year - incredible!

So, tonight we have the intercultural evening ;)) People are eating and drinking the specialities from different countries, talking, dancing. The new participants are arriving for the General Assembly tomorrow and actually tomorrow we have the live broadcast from the city hall of Munster - Halle Munsterland ;))

It must be stressing. And I already want to start the most important part of this project and go back... Yes, I'm tired of travels:)) Getting old, probably ;))

I've already written that I like Germany. For the moment the most favourite city - Freiburg but Munster is similar to it. The most impresing thing in Munster - there are a lot of bicycles (actually had problem to write this word, so maybe it isn't correct). Today's walk in the city didn't impressed me ;(( I don't know why...

maybe I can be impressed only at the first time and than it doesn't work anymore?  But anyway I took a pleasure from this walk.  It was very nice weather and yellow leaves on the trees of the golden autumn made me romantic  ;))

today is the first day of real work in Bennohaus, Munster (Germany). So, the task for today - live broadcast on the breaking of the stereotypes. Actually we are here for the project Let's debate and than INTERCULT. So, we must talk about intercultural learning, dialogue and so on...

To prepare the live broadcast we were divided into 6 groups: moderation; interviews with the participants; with the responsible people; cutting/editing and studio production. I decided to be in the last group of studio production - because I've never done this and it should be interesting.

It was interesting indeed!!! But on the other side, I was disappointed that during one day in Bennohaus I've learned more than during 10 months in Labomedia. Of course, the technical equipment isn't the same in the both organizations but anyway it was disappointing and useful simultaneously.

I think it must be very interesting to work like this despite the fact it's very stressful. So, it was good!

So, finally I've finished the video for our project Intercult 2008. The video you can watch here:

There are several parts. The part of Shengen and Beyond was done by Gamze. We were working together on this programme but she did more editing. I was more camera man ;)) but it was just at the beginning of my service, so not so much experience.

Of course, the overal video isn't perfect because it was done by different people and in different period. Also we had some problems with sound and during the editing I could do nothing ... Also, please, take into consideration that the editing I've done - I can say it was the second time or even the first one. Because before I was just observing the others how they are doing it and I was doing just the simple cuts.

This time was the real time for me to explore the Premier Pro. It was difficult and interesting simultaneously. Difficult because you understand that you are wasting time just on discovering what you can do with the programme, what effects use and interesting - to find out how does it work and how you can implement it. 

It would be interesting to know your opinion!

Actually, I've understood that I don't like such kind of events... I mean it's nice to organize them but when there are too many people it's a bit irritating. I would prefer to visit the places or exhibitions when I can and when I really want. Because for me this nuit blanche was like - too much walking and few events.

I got much more pleasure the next day walking in the park, or having breakfast near the Notre Dame. Of course, it's impossible to be alone in Paris but at least you do what you want to do!!! And it was great!

On the other side, I must say that I'm always impressed by the advertisement or all the support they provide for the organization of the nuit blanche. The programme was really huge - so many papers ;)) But it's great, very useful for the people.

Also what I like - the ideas of artists, how they present the simple things! Sometimes you event can't imagine smth like that and you see...:)) Very nice! Like in the case with ducks and European flags... It was very funny! This presentation was in the park of Yitskhak Rabin.
